Terms and Conditions for Pathfinder

Welcome to the Pathfinder, the Assemblies of God Network of Women Ministers’ free leadership program designed to support and equip women in ministry though continued education, coaching, and collaboration (“Program”). By signing up for the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Program Access and Use

1.1 The Program materials, including but not limited to, videos, worksheets, and supplementary content, are for personal and non-commercial use only.

1.2 You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or modify any Program materials without prior written permission.

1.3 Access to the Program is granted solely to the individual who registers and may not be transferred to another person.

Code of Conduct

2.1 Participants are expected to engage respectfully with cohort facilitators, other participants, and Program materials.

2.2 Unlawful harassment or discrimination, or inappropriate comments in any Program-related forums or communications may result in immediate removal from the Program.

Intellectual Property

3.1 The Network of Women Ministers is a ministry of The General Council of the Assemblies of God. All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, written materials, designs, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of The General Council of the Assemblies of God.

3.2 Copy, reproduction, translation, or distribution of Program content is prohibited without express written consent from The General Council of the Assemblies of God.

Privacy Policy

4.1 Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Program and communicating with participants.

4.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5.2 The Network of Women Ministers does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in the Program.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Network of Women Ministers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program.

6.2 The Program is an educational tool consisting of leadership principles and teachings, but participants understand and acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions and actions at all times.

Termination

7.1 The Network of Women Ministers reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program if you violate these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

You agree that all matters, disputes or claims arising out of your access to, participation in, or use of the Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri

Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 The Network of Women Ministers reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. It is the participants responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for changes.

9.2 Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
